Notice:

Any upgrading has some potential risk, we don't suggest you upgrade if there has no big problem on your camera.We may not have the original firmware to provide you to downgrade firmware if you regret upgrading


1. Please select correct firmware file according to camera's model, current firmware or hardware version.
2. Please use network cable instead of WIFI during the upgrading process in case of network disconnection.
3. Please unzip the firmware if it is a zip file.
4. The whole process may take more than 3 minutes. Please don't disconnect camera from power source in 10 minutes.

Please don't open firmware file with any software. Here is method to upgrade. Please notice you need SELECT AND USE the firmware file
