Hi friends,

Notice:
Any upgrading has some potential risk, we don't suggest you upgrade if there has no big problem on your camera.We may not have the original firmware to provide you to downgrade firmware if you regret upgrading. Hope you understand.

1) Some models have multiple hardware versions and firmware version. Please verify the firmware version of your device.
It can only upgrade firmware for the same hardware version. Wrong firmware upgrading may damage your device and avoid the warranty.
2) For some camera models, upgrade firmware may has the risk of losing camera UID and DDNS, please think twice
3) Do NOT upgrade the firmware via wireless connection
4) Do NOT turn off the power or cut down the Ethernet cable during upgrade process
5) Internet Explorer(IE) is recommended to upgrade the firmware
6) Please unzip the firmware if it is a zip file

Please don't open firmware file with any software. Picture below is method to upgrade. Please notice you need SELECT AND USE the firmware file

TH692C-V. 16.1.16.1.1.4, (Download NO.42) it is an outdoor camera which do not support FTP feature, that means you can not upload camera image and video to your FTP server. However, in this TH692C's web interface, there exist "save alarm picture to ftp" option, it's our fault to make such option, please ignore them since th692C do not support FTP.
