2. What can you do if 3815W DDNS status is not successful?

Please check status of DDNS in camera's settings instead of IN WIZARD. The DDNS must be successful if you want remote view.

If it fails, please change the build-in DDNS into tenvis.org DDNS.
1.Only windows computer can use the software to change built-in DDNS.
2.Only hardware camera with firmware below can use this method.

1.Please make sure camera and computer are connected to the same router. In other words, please make sure camera and computer are in the same network area.
2.Please download this software to the computer and install it.

3.Please open the software and finish steps on the below picture.

A. Server Type, server URL and Domain should be tenvis.org. PLEASE DOBN'T INPUT mytenvis.com, mytenvis.org, tenvis.info.
B. The box beside the server type should always be 80 no matter what your camera's current port is.
C. User name and password is tenvis.org DDNS user name and password. You can send us email to get one tenvis.org DDNS account. support@tenvis.com Please don't use DDNS account on camera's label.
D. Please don't change other settings on the software.
E. If you find you can't pass step 3 Select Factory Config in below picture 1, please upgrade your camera's firmware. Here is method to upgrade.viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3233


4.Please go to camera’s setting to check if you have changed DDNS to tenvis.org successfully and see if DDNS shows successful.If DDNS still show failed or disabled, please click the Save button for several times and wait for a while to see if it show successful.

if camera's DDNS change into tenvis.org, the remote view address is http://xxxx.tenvis.org:xx (replace xxxx with DDNS user name and xx with port of camera)
