Hi Newbies, :-)

Welcome to the official tenvis forum! We’re glad to have you here. Before you make your first posts, please read the following guidelines. We hope they can familiarize you with forum and help you start posting as soon as possible. We’re sure you have lots of questions about the forum, so feel free to discuss all kinds of newbie things in this thread. Our forum support team will help you if you have any questions.

Step 1: Read TENVIS Advanced Manual Books first. Genernally, 90% of your camera problems can be solved if you read Advanced Manual Book with details. Unfortunately, most customers will always ignore manual books and let it go.

Step 2: Login & Register
If you haven’t registered an account yet, you can click “Register” to begin the process.
You can create new threads or reply to existing threads.

Step3: Write down and mark your camera Model, Firmware version in your post
You should tell us your camera Model, Firmware Version to us in your post, so that we can help you solve problem efficiently.
Model: Different model may have different setting method. Therefore, customer had better tell us model first.

>>Where to find the model number?
1. Please check the model on the package.
2. Please go to camera's setting page to check the model.
3. Please check model on seller's product website.
>>Where to check camera firmware version or software version number?

Step 4: Screenshots Help a Lot in the post

Sometimes, it will be a plus if you can upload screenshots to prove your camera issues. Especially for some issues such as motion detection, New Tenvis APP, DDNS problems and so forth.
