Hi Tenvis,

I am using a JPT3815W P2P cam and the ALARM mail is not working. Version
Device Hardware Version Ver 3.1.
Device Firmware Version Ver 3.1.1.1.4

When I test, I get this answer. "E-mail test: bad server or port"
I've tried another email and the result is the same.

I need a litle help.

I have the same problem I tried several emails and the same thing
I have the same version
Device Hardware Version Ver 3.1.
Device Firmware Version Ver 3.1.1.1.4

I wanted to use this mail server and I can not :(

SMTP Server: smtp-mail.outlook.com
SMTP Port: 587
Transport Layer Security: STARTTLS

email test: send fail :(
I tested several configurations and always error

I have had this problme using AOL, hotmail, gmail and office365 all form 7th November. Tenvis needs to update its sending method. Is any moderator going to respond?
