NOTE: If you have 2-step verification set up on your Gmail account (Gmail texts you a code when you log in from a new device), you MUST set up an app password on in Gmail! Your regular password will not work because the server will be looking for a second verification.

You can read about app passwords here:

I have tried using 3 different email services, to include the gmail I used to register here. I tried smtp on all three, along with IMAP and POP. I tried port addresses 25/465/587/963 on all three services using all 3 protocols. I even set up a different camera , both being IP602W and I get a bad server or port warning in all instances. Could this possibly be a port forwarding issue? I know the email address tlooney37040@gmail.com and the pass word work I know the port number is correct and I know the server is active. I just can't convince the camera of that. The firmware on the camera is current.  :?:

The problem exist since I updated to V7.1.20.1.2.
