Some methods to solve camera's trouble

Black screen | There is no image on Windows browsers !

Recently, some of users tell us that their web browsers such as Chorme, Internet Explorer as well as Firefox could not display camera image to them. There is no sound and picture but they can move the camera from the computer.
If you encounter this problem, you need to download a video plug-in first.
Please open the following webpage and download the corresponding plugin into your computer:

BUT, If the screen still remains black, please check here.

1. Internet Explorer
1) Open internet explorer, click Tools –> Internet Options.
2) Click the Security tab –> Custom Level button.

3) Under ActiveX, change the settings below accordingly:

# Ensure the following options are set to "Enabled"
a) Run ActiveX and plug-ins – Enabled
b) Download Signed ActiveX Control – Enabled
c) Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting – Enabled
# Set the following options to “Prompt”
d) Download unsigned ActiveX Control – Prompt
e) Initialize and script ActiveX controls not mark as safe – Prompt

4) Click OK and restart the browser to apply the changes.

If the aboving methods doesn't work, you can delete browser cookies or just google on how to run the plug-in on your browsers.

3. Please check whether you have software which call Ad Muncher or not on your computer ? if have, please try to shutdown it, as it may stop adverts on web browsers and this will prevent the video from working.
