Is there any chance of getting some professional support regarding my and others issues
My last post is below dated 7/08/13
Can you please respond as too weather your suggested firmware will fix my issue and not damage the unit ??
Or do these unit need to be replaced by Tenvis ??

and the discussion about device firmware versions odd and even and correct version to upgrade with
What if this upgrade causes device failure as has happened for other users
What version is this (tenvis.pk2) and where is the support documentation about the release ??
And why is non of this on the public site ??
