Please connect camera to power source by adapter.
1. Please connect camera to router instead of computer by cable. The computer should also connect to the same router by cable or by wifi.
2. Please use search tool in computer to search camera's IP and port.(one is enough)
software for windows
http://apps.tenvis.com/files/TENVIS%20Search%20Tool.zip
http://apps.tenvis.com/files/1TENVIS%20 ... .2.1.2.exe
software for MAC
http://apps.tenvis.com/Download/391hd20 ... chTool.dmg
http://apps.tenvis.com/files/TENVIS%20E ... .1.1.2.dmg
(If your MAC computer can't install above software, please click here to solve it. viewtopic.php?f=13&t=118141)
3. After tool find camera, you can access camera via browser by camera's IP and port such as http://192.168.1.239:81

The user name and password of camera are admin if you did not change its default one. On computer, please don't use your email user name and password on phone app New Tenvis

Please use browser in computer to access camera with camera's IP and port , and then find the wifi setting to set up wifi.

Please don't use app in phone or search tool like wizard to set up wifi.

If there is a save button at the top right of wifi setting page, please never click it. If you click it, camera won't connect wifi.[/color]

After you finish wifi installation and network cable is removed, please check if search toold in computer can still detetc camera, as camera's IP or port may change.

If camera can find the wifi but could not connect it, please try below methods, especially changing encryption mode of wifi because many customers solve wifi problem by that.

Please go to your router's page to change some settings on wifi.
1. If there is special characters like @#% in your wifi SSID and password, please delete special character to have a try.
2. Please try to change the encryption mode of wifi to other modes on the list such as wpa, wpa2, wep and so on. Please try all encryption modes. But please modification of encryption mode may cause your other device such as computer and phone can't connect to wifi with new encryption mode any more.
3. Please check if upgrading firmware can help.viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3233
