If you can find the wireless network from the list and could not connect it successfully, please check the below.

1. Make sure there is no more than 10 meters distance and no barrier between the camera and router.
2. This TENVIS IP camera does not support 802.11n wireless protocol. If your router is working with these two modes which are 802.11n and 802.11b/g/n mixed, it might be the prolem. Please check the wireless mode in your router and change it to 802.11b/g mixed or 802.11g.

3. The IP camera does not support 12 and 13 wireless channel. If your router use both of these two wireless channels, it might be the problem. Please change it to other channels.
4. Double check the wireless antenna and tighten it if necessary.

As you can not find your router's brand from the list, please set the port forwarding manually.
Please check the below webpage for port forwarding procedure of the exact router or send us the snapshot of your router's web page.

As you can not view the camera from another computer and iPhone, please kindly double check whether you have set DDNS and port forwarding successfully. If not, please finish the below procedure.

1. Please double check the Basic Network Setting, especially the Gateway and DNS.
http://www.tenvis.com/support_service_product.html?ip_camera=3&allofid=52

2. Port forwarding:
You can try UPNP ( Automatic port forwarding) first, enable it in the camera:

And if it does not work, you can do it manual. Please refer to the below webpage and pick your exact router and check the detailed procedure. If you still can not deal with it, please send us some snapshots of your router webpage. Thanks.

3. DDNS setting:
You can set DDNS setting like this:

DDNS service: Tenvis.info
Update URL: user.tenvis.info
DDNS Mode: 808
DDNS User: xxx
DDNS Password: ****
And you can login the camera by this URL:
http://xxx.tenvis.info
