The film shows look nothing alike that I have on my screen! How should you manage the settings? Firstly, you can only log into the camera sometimes. Why? The sound does not work either! Maybe I should continue with the D-Link camera!

I'm guessing what you have in hand should be either an IPROBOT 3 or a JPT 3815W-2013. The video tutorial cannot apply to these models.
